Andrea Batschelet (pronounced Bat-sha-let) is a multifaceted hospitality professional with over 15 years of revenue management hotel experience. A born strategist with revenue experience with Omni Hotels, Gaylord Hotels, Thompson Hotels, Joie De Vivre, Commune, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, EVEN hotels, and was most recently the Area Director of Revenue Management for the Willard InterContinental Washington D.C. and Hotel Indigo Old Town Alexandria VA. Her experience ranges from optimizing small boutique hotels to large convention hotels and everything in between. She is known for her holistic approach to revenue management and her ability to quickly increase STR yield penetration. She specializes in inventory management, channel optimization, pricing analysis, group selling strategies, OTA management, business mix optimization and forecasting/ budgeting.
Andrea has a unique gift in creating relationships and quickly adapts to shifts in economic and local conditions with experience in ten unique markets ranging coast to coast. Along with being an analytical thinker, she is also very creative in her approach to uncovering undiscovered incremental revenue. Whether it be a midscale hotel in the suburbs or a luxury hotel in Downton Washington D.C., her expertise can help you increase your market penetration, increase your ADR and maximize your top line revenue.
